nVidia has released their official version of the 52.16 video drivers which are no longer called Detonator. The new name is now called Forceware. These new drivers add several features -

- New nView 3.0 Multi-Display Setup Wizard?to easily configure your multi-display settings
- nView Grid lines to section off the display to help organize your various Windows

No word on what changes have been made in these bios files as they haven't been posted yet on thier main page, but are available through Abit's Windows bios update utility Flashmenu V1.3 which you can use to download via thier website or from a saved file on your hard drive. Or if you prefer to do it via DOS get your appropriate bios flash utility.

Been playing this all day with no problems. It's a bit easier on the memory and uses very little cpu power. I like it better than Winamp 3 already.

SiS has released it's new 655TX chipset for the P4 platform today. It's a DDR dual channel chipset that supports the latest P4 800Mhz HT cpu's as well as the addition of thier Advanced Hypersteaming Technology. Motherboard makers using the new chipset should be shipping this November.

Having seen a few preliminary benches from it's previous sibling the 655FX, this chipset should be able to outperform Intel's 875P chipset. It should also bring prices for P4 motherboards down to a more reasonable level.

New CPU-Z version 1.20 is out for those of you who like to know what goes on inside your box.
