New Ghost In The Shell?

Will there be a season 3 of GitS? Season 2's ending was rather paltry compared to the first season, but I did like season two over season one.

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!

But it must be said, the original GiTS movie was awesome beyond recognition. Did you see the one that was dubbed or the one that was subbed when you watched the second movie? And no, I don't believe there has been any announcement about a new SAC series.

I really need to see the first movie again. The one I saw was bootleg and was really bad. Hardly got anything out of it. I never saw the second movie, but I loved the series. I saw a few episodes and I placed it on my Netflix list so I can see the whole thing.

The dub is somewhat more rare, and to my knowledge hasn't been released in the U.S. yet. I imported mine from GBR to run on my PS2. But it makes the movie far better.

Not necessarily a season, but a 3rd GITS movie IS coming out: Ghost in the Shell: Solid State Society. It relates with the storyline of SAC as opposed to connecting with the other 2 movies.
