Mobileum Integrates CEM Solutions with IBM Now Factory

    Mobileum today announced that it is addressing the growing opportunity to provide
mobile operators with Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions that offer a
multi-dimensional view of customers and improve the overall customer experience. As part

Assurance, and App Testing Solutions with IBM Now Factory.

    IBM's Now Factory solution delivers near real-time insights to mobile operators by
analyzing massive quantities of network and business data in real-time, to help manage
negative experiences and network outages, and at the same time help drive new revenue
opportunities. Mobileum will bring its carrier-grade telecom solutions delivery experience
across 617 networks in over 170 countries to the Now Factory solution.
