How do u guys release stress at work?

Since nowadays competition is more fierce and people face more pressure at work?How do u cope with this and how well does that work?Thank u so much!!!

I just make jokes to lighten the atmosphere at work when I can, the rest of the time I just buckle down and get my work done. My job isn't that stressful to be honest.

I like to listen to music to reduce my pressure.When I am meet some thing I don't know,I'd like to ask others.
