Hell i try to keep that shit to a minimal. As A Minimalist its annoying as hell.

Like the lense Flare is un-needed. But you do need a 45 Degree Line instead of that crappy brush in the back <!--s51-->:3<!--/s51-->.

Plus i bet garra has barely started using Photoshop or whatever the hell hes using.

A couple of things: The font is terribly placed and is too plain for what you want to us it for. Your "signature" on the image is too large/intrusive and detracts from the bits to the right. The background is a nice design, but I think would be better suited with a hue/brightness change. These are all stylistic things that you will learn over time rather than deficiencies in your Photoshop skills.
On the actual Photoshop work, the actual editing of Zaraki is nicely done, even if it was somewhat simple to do. However, the lens flare... well:
