A: Not all cheese is yellow. Most cheeses are naturally white or pale cream in color. The bright orange and yellow cheeses like cheddar, American, etc. are dyed with a natural coloring called annatto. Some places (like Vermont) prefer not to color their cheese and are proud of their white cheddar and other varieties as if it matters or something. It is also a common misconception that whiter, lighter colored cheeses are less fattening, contain less cholesterol, or are in some way healthier. You can obviously tell that this is not true since the orange and yellow cheeses are usually different only because they are colored with annatto. I only know this because I did this report on cheese this year.

Q: Why do people feel that they have to yell at others about talking? Wouldn't you think they'd be nice enough to just tell you to quiet down a bit if they thought you were too loud or something? That's what I thought, but that didn't happen...what happened was: my friend's girl friend yelled at me and my best friend and used PMS as an excuse for being bitchy. For one, I have the same problems but I don't get mean like that, and secondly: she's always yelling about something no matter how small or big. I really don't know what her problem is, but she throws a tantrum every time she doesn't get her way. Does that really seem like what a normal 18 year old should/would do? I think not! Sadly enough, I know her pretty well and if she's not complaining or yelling, she trys to get attention by cutting herself (note: she doesn't even know how to do that right, she uses the dull side of the knife) or some other stupid way...it's just pathetic! And she doesn't treat my friend good either (her boyfriend). She says 'I'm going to break up with him' and that she wants to go out with somebody else or make out with somebody else, then she ends up staying with him after they fight and continues with the emotional bull shit and drama. Eh, well I'm pissed. I'm going to go now. Layte!
