Summer Vacation

Whats everyone during over their summer break?

I'll be working for the most part, but I will also be going to Germany for 2 weeks (no i'm not german, just got a few relatives that live there) and also a cruise to Bermuda in late August which should be a lot of fun.

Hang out with ppl and friends...already went out of town, had to come home early bc my friend got sick...it sucked driving home off of 3 hours of sleep...but we got back fine...he's starting to feel better so I think we're going to stay the night at the beach sometime layter on...I made new friends that are pretty kewl so I'm hanging with them now and they want me to join their band bc they think I'm talented or something...they already have a gig in Louisiana I think next Friday, but I'm not going to join their band until after that. Uhh...then I'm buying books for school near the end of summer. That's all I know of right now.

Hopefully, I'll get a job at a supermarket...that's about it....

Well, I need to get settled into our new house once all of our furniture and stuff arrives. Then I'm going to be updating my Xanga a lot for my friends and playing FFXI of course. I'll probably search around the neighborhood for a job and that's about it. In October, if everything works out, I'm going to get on a plane and come back to where I used to live to see my old friends...among other things.

You see, before I left school (I had to leave for L.A. RIGHT after school), I was talking to my friend Karina a lot. When the final bell rang, me and some of my friends walked (slowly) to the front of the school. All of my friends went off to their rides or bus or whatever except for Karina. She walked with me into the main building and I walked about ten feet ahead of her. We waved goodbye and then there was a lapse of silence. After that she ran into my arms and gave me a huge hug. I wrapped my arms around her and we said how much we'd miss each other. She let go and we said good-bye one more time, then we left.

I've been incredibly depressed since that moment. I don't predict I'll have a very good summer...

Well for the first week of summer I went to a Bioengineering summer program, that was cool. Now I'm sitting home bored, until August when I'll be going to Disney World on a family vacation (so excited!).

Well my summer break is nothing like yours I probaly just end up sitting around all day doing pointless stuff but hopefully I might get a job

well, right now im at the end of a 2 week computer camp. i know, computer camp, but it is soooooo awesome, so many cool geeks like myself, soooo much pirated software, movies, music. We like have classes and i have like perl and 3d animation and am amiking a really cool scene in 3ds max. its so cool. i wish i was here for more than 2 weeks. besides this, i am really doing nothing this summer.

hmmm my scheudule for the whole freaken summer 1)wake up around 2pm 2)beach,sk8 park where ever hang wiht my friends 3) movie possibly 4)play pc games till about 6am lather rince repeat..

I finally got my freaken permitt, but other than that not much. Just waiting for band to start I guess. I never really do anything special for summer vacation.

Going on a Cruise for 9 days tomorrow!

Lucky! I've been wanting to go on a Cruise! Well, tell us how it goes and have fun.

I'm going away to my usual places in the middle of nowhere with my family just like any other summer... yay. Other than that, somewhere near th end of July my parents are going on a cruise for two weeks. First week I'm at my aunt's, second week I'm at my cousin's. Although I've been trying to negotiate with them to let me stay home the second week instead of stranding me at my cousin's with my little brother. I think I should be able to stay home because my older brother is, but nooooooooooo. My oldest brother gets to do whatever he wants. I hate being the little girl -_- rrrrrrr

Anyway, and for a week (I forget when) I'll be in New York working at a soup kitchen too ^^

This may sound kind of odd, but I wish I could just stay home for a summer. I'm sick of traveling, and I miss my bed and friends when I do T_T

you're complaining about not being able to do shit when you're doing all this fancy shit that i'd love to do...that'd be my fucking heaven...my vacation is going to galveston which is like 15 minutes from here...it's lame but true. so be glad you're that lucky...i feel fucking poor.
