There are a few points here.

Garra, you just evaded a ban. Now why should I allow your new account to live?

Second, rules are rules. I looked away long enough. If you don't follow simple and easy to follow rules, you will be banned. How many warnings do I need to give? Sheesh.

Third, nobody has any say in ANY site decision but myself. Don't tell me I need to do anything since I don't. I'm pretty sure I know what is best for the site and network, it's been going on for more than half of most poster's lives.

Good decision Aron. These rules are fair and extremely easy to follow, anyone with the intelligence of a 7 year old could follow them. Rules are made for a reason, break them and suffer the consequence. Garra, seems like Aron has warned you at least 50 times. I've been here for 5 years and have not had one problem.
