Kazaa (or KazaaLite)

I don't use this program anymore, in fact I don't really download MP3s anymore, I just make my friends do it for me. Anyway, what do you guys think about it? Do you think that it should stay illegal? Or should it be legal?

The program itself should stay legal. It is what is being shared that companies get pissed about.

That's a valid point, but without the file sharing, or rather the contents of the files being shared, wouldn't the program kind of lose its purpose?

Right now the focus is on mp3's, however filesharing constitues all types of files.
I very rarely used Kazaa or Kazaa Lite for mp3's as it was a mediocre program for that. However if you're looking for exe's, porn, and anime with out a lot of hassle kazaa's your best friend. The program itself should stay legal as well as the sharing of MP3's.

Fo' sho'. But when I downloaded MP3s, I only used Kazaa because I didn't know of any other programs. Do you know of any good ones so I can tell my friends to get it so I can receive files at optimum efficiency.

There is also this program called Limeware (http://www.limeware.com). I heard its pretty good but i've never used it. I was going to dl it cuz the popups on Kazaa got too annoying but then i got kazaalite so i'm happiest as i can be. Though sometimes you dont always find the stuff ur looking for. If anyone tries this out tell me how it is.
