I see that there are hundred of things checking the site out now.

Many of them are coming from certain IPs and the requests are coming in blocks.

Very interesting.

Could be a DDOS attack... but Version 3's code is good enough to handle loads.

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!

Yes please explain. Start with what a DDOS is and why it is attacking. Kudos to version 3 for repelling that deadly attack.

DDOS.

Distributed Denial of Service.

Basically taking a bunch of computers and trying to crash a server.
