I'm probably going to take some classes next fall. It'll be the standard engineering level classes at the 600 levels I'm sure.

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!

How many credit hours and what was your job?

40 hours plus 18 credit hours is no good for me. I work at PetCo so I don't get a chance to work on homework at work and I have an hour commute to and from work by train.

I am cutting my work hours soon, but I need to put some money in an account so I can account for the loss of hours.

I dunno. Maybe our classes are different as well? I am in 3 writing intensive classes next semester. This semester I was taking a 400 level Shakespeare course + a 300 level Irish Renaissance course so a lot of them are reading intensive as well. For some reason it's not working as well for me. How did you manage?

21 credits + a full time job? What was your schedule like? Were you doing 21+ credits every semester? What school did you go to?

I dunno, the max credits a student is allowed to take in our school is 18. But yeah, how did you maintain stability? I have trouble maintaining my social, school, and work life as is. I couldn't imagine adding another class on top of that. It seems like I'm just eeking by on all of my reading and papers. And then with shows, parties, and a girlfriend it's tough.

Haha sorry I have so many questions, but like I said, I'm currently working my way through school. I don't understand how one would could do that much work? I padded my schedule this semester by taking intro to the bible and psychology, but it will still probably kick my ass.

21 credits + a full time job?
Yes

What was your schedule like?
Junior and Senior year they were 500 level classes with one or two 400 levels. It was 3 credits per class. It was only 7 classes. I formulated my schedule to have at least two days off during the week and cram as much as I could into the remaining three. I took a 12 hour shift on Saturdays for work.
Were you doing 21+ credits every semester?

Sometimes it was a bit less because some classes don't equal 3 credits. But it was about 20-21.

What school did you go to?
Stevens Institute of Technology

How did you maintain stability?
I didn't have a girlfriend Sad. That probably hurt me in the long run because I'm trying to make up for that fact now. But I found that having no free time helped me focus on work and school. My grades were excellent.

I'm now looking to start my own business and try that out for a bit to see if it works out. I constantly work on my website so I'd love to do some web design or general computer consulting.
