Fandango.com, the 500 error, CHARGED 4 TIMES ON CREDIT CARD, Great customer service!

Last night i went to go see the FullMetal Alchemist movie with my lady friend(doesnt like anime but she was still willing to see it), which was freaking awseome by the way, and before we went to go see it I ordered the tickets online from fandango. i ended up being charged 4 TIMES!! Yes 4!!! thats 2 tickets for $22 multiplied by 4 which gives you $88 dollars! Mind you i didnt realize the the "500 error that kept popping up when i was ordering, played a great role in it. I later found out that their server was down, which in turn charged my account 4 times since I tried to get confirmation code 4 times! In the end I called the customer service people, who were VERY VERY nice and they fixed everything out for me I got 6 tickets that i didnt use but I also got my $66 dollars back! Hassle free! Thats what i call great customer service!

Actually, that's bad coding.

They should have caught the error and refunded your money without you calling.

I hate when things like that happen. Especially when it is an online place only because sometimes it is harder to get someone at customer service. Or at least a live person that is.

Its funny and also sad that they have better customer service than the credit agency that I use....
