As far as I know, Dreams typically occur during the REM stage of sleep, which is when your body is getting the rest and benefit from your sleep so the dreaming wouldn't be the problem. Sleepwalking/talking probably would, but you don't dream during those (typically, the body is paralyzed during dreams to prevent you from acting them out and getting yourself killed). You do hallucinate, though, as I've found quite common for my sleepwalking/talking brother.

Huh? Signature? What's going on with that signature?

I prefer lucid dreaming...then I can have loads of fun. Other than that my dreams are weird...like why on earth was I chasing that giant cheeseball down the road and how on earth did it sprout wings and fly away?

If we as humans can get a good rest for less time, we should research that. I'm ready to stop sleeping for eight hours. What a waste.

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!

Try being nicer to your mother!

I also can't stand to sleep in a warm room. I want it cold....and I want my down comforter. And my pomeranian. And my stuffed Elmo (Ok, Elmo belongs to the pomeranian but she goes NUTS crying if he's not with her).

Now that I think about it, it's amazing I ever get to sleep!

Yeah, unfortunately we can't really go through the REM stage without all the other stages, which take up the bulk of our sleep but don't give us the rest that we need. Although I've been told that, if you want to feel more rested when you wake up it's better to wake up naturally than with an alarm or similar (which is next to impossible, I know). When you wake up during a REM stage you feel much more tired than if you wake up in any of the other stages. I can't remember why, but it likely has something to do with how active your brain is during REM and was never able to cycle down before you woke up.
