Sega trying to sue ytmnd

So apparently Sega is trying to pull copyright laws on ytmnd to force them to bring down all images of Sonic the Hedgehog.

Heh that's pretty funny. YTMND is protected under parody.

Parodies are protected under copyright law...

Though, that doesn't stop companies from suing the shit out of people and bleeding them dry.

This happened back in January. Oddly enough, it is only Sega of Europe that is acting on it.
And be careful about how you say the YTMND that started this is protected under parody. I've seen a couple very surprising arguments that contend that that may not actually be the case in this case.
