She use to live her life by a code being part of the Japanese Yakuza while still human and since being turned she became rebellious, and angry.
She is not always angry but hates what she was turned into and hates her kind she has a soft spot for werewolves and ghosts as they cannot help what they are, especially werewolves. But vampires can so she has a huge resentment against them, and never turned anyone as she feeds on people she believes deserve death.

✂-------THE REAL YOU---------
INFO: Enra was a young girl who saw her parents killed right before her eyes at the age of 10 by some Yakuza hitmen although she didn't know they were Yakuza. She was raised in the way of the katana and then grabbed a Katana and killed two of the men who killed her parents. The third came out the shadows and was able to subdue her and saw potential and rage that they could use to form an excellent Assassin. He had lied and said that those men were from a rival gang, and that mans name was Oshi. Growing up her parents taught Enra to have honor so she joined the Yakuza to avenge her parents death. Growing up she became their top assassin but she noticed something that Oshi and some other members didn't seem to age or stayed covered up in the morning they just sent her and some others to scout until night. Oshi became smitten with Enra and wanted her to be his, but she refused and angry oshi raped her. She then noticed his inhuman strength and Oshi allowed her to be used until she decided to become his. she still refused after months and Oshi turned her anyway seeing that maybe being like him will cause her to reconsider. She feigned interest in becoming the immortal wife of the new leader of the Yakuza which Oshi had become, and she kept this guise up for a while until she could make full use of her vampire abilities.
But all hell broke loose when she found out that her parents were murdered by Yakuza and all honor went out the window she began murdering every member especially the Vampire ones in a fit of rage. Oshi escaped but Enra keeps her ears open in search of him, after that she abandoned her old way of thinking and just had fun. Now she has become a Bartender but kills reckless Vampires in her down time
FAMILY: None
RELATIONSHIPS: Holt: She is attracted to him although he doesn't know what she is Constance: Feels she is very much like her Lacey: See's her as and innocent unfortunate soul
The blonde female leaning back in a swivel chair behind a desk in a hotel reception lets out an almighty yawn. Kicking her feet up on the counter, she files her nails absent-mindedly. Of course Constance was for show; she would simply tell humans that they were all booked up. This establishment was exclusively supernatural.
Blood.
The thought surprises her as it emerges from nowhere. The nail file drops to the floor making little noise as it collides with the freshly-vacuumed carpet. Muttering to herself, the vampire girl retrieves it from the floor and pulls her chair closer to the desk. She needed something to concentrate on. Blinking her eyes, she jumps once more as a petite figure appears before her. Clutching a hand to her heart, she breathes out heavily,
"Jesus Evelyn. you couldn't just knock?!" the ghost girl flinches as Constance lashes out at her with words. Fiddling with the sleeves of her jumper, Evelyn manages to stutter something out,
"I was looking. . . for Lacey."
"She's not here," Constance goes back to filing her nails as she sees the look of disappointment forming on her face, "You look pleased to see me." she doesn't receive an answer, as the next moment Evelyn is off once more. Sighing, Constance shakes her head, "Ghosts. . .
-
"Turn the keys, Kat," the red-headed girl ceases to fidget with the sleeves of her oversized camouflage jacket, jerking her head up as the male hunched over the engine addresses her. Devon steps away from his work, dusting off his hands with a large intake and exhalation of air. He nods at his daughter once more, "Go on," Katelyn flinches at his slightly more direct command, but her expression remains indifferent. Hastily, she fumbles for the keys and turns them away from her. The engine whines in a pathetic manner but then falters out. Kat tries once more with the same result. Throwing her head back, she sighs heavily and slouches in her seat.
"Dad, we've been here for three days." the werewolf girl complains as she shuffles slightly in the driver's seat of the min-van. She hears the contents of the vehicle rattle behind her but doesn't take notice. Her eyes flicker to the corner as Devon replies through gritted teeth,
"We can't go anywhere with the van like this," Kat makes an exasperated noise as she hears him tinkerig about with the engine once more. Swinging her legs over, she bends her knees as she jumps from the van and lands with a crunch on the fallen leaves. Devon straightens himself up and arches his aching back.
"I'm goin' town." she tells him and he shakes his head, "I'll bring a stake. Promise, I'll be fine. On my honour," the red-head grins stupidly as she thumps a fist against her chest, her smile widening as she sees the corners of Devon's mouth twitch. He gives a short nod before going back to work. Katelyn spins on her heels before jogging quickly to where she remembers the town as being, her boots crunching against the dead, auburn leaves scattered about the floor.
Alex Campbell was leaning over an icebox at a local grocery store, trying to decide what the werewolves back at the hotel would want for dinner that evening. he picked up what he had chosen and makes his way to the register, done with the shopping for the week. "why the hell do I have to do this anyway? I don't really know what living people eat now do I? how is it someone thinks it's a good idea to make me the hotel chef." he asks quitely so no one else can hear him. a ghost girl floats over to his side and smiles "it's because you are Italian." she says laughing, her name was Anastasia. "the finest Italian cuisine, that is what humans like, and werewolves are the most human of all the people in the hotel." Alex Rolls his eyes at the comment and continues walking toward the register. "it's true, I was taught to cook before I became what I am, but still, you can't expect my food to be any good when I can't taste test it. and you are no help. plus none of the werewolves really care to hang around me long enough to be asked if they want to help." he sighed. he walked up to the cashier and was greeted with the smile of a beautiful girl. he looked away and tried concentrating on the items coming down the convayer.
"nice day isn't it?" the girl asks pleasently, trying to make conversation.
"oh, yes. it is a nice day." he says pretending to fiddle with his wallet. Anastasia begins to laugh.
"hey, that accent, you're Italian aren't you." the girl says "I love Italian accents, they are so beautiful, I bet you get a lot of girls huh, with that accent of yours." she says, batting her eyelashes.
Alex looked up for just asecond to pay the girl saying "yeah I-" he was stopped the moment he layed eyes on her, but he wasn't looking into her eyes, or at her boobs like some pervert, he was looking at a vein in her neck. the blood was pumping, he could hear her heart beating. he reached towards her, ready to grab her and rip her apart, when all of a sudden a cold chill hits him in the spine, "ALEX!" Anastasia screams. alex looks around, people waiting impatiently behind him, he looks at his hand, thankfully he had been stopped before doing anything weird like grabbing her neck. he gave her the pounds he owed and walked away before she could say anything more to him. "that was close." he says.
"it is always close with you." Anastasia says irritated. she makes a can of soup fly from one of the bags and hit him in the head. "if you can't handle pretty girls how are you ever going to get the others to trust you. you know most of the vampires who have lived longer then 50 years remember what you used to be like. I can't believe I let you last that long doing....that." she says. "anyway, lets get back before another pretty girl whips her hair in your direction or something."
Enra was chilling at the bar waiting for her shift... she usually took over at night and sometimes her shifts overlap with Deacon's but she liked that as she was strongly attracted to him but at the moment she was just filing her nails.
Holt was at the bar and of course the women were there but he was just doing his job. "Ok Long island for the miss" he says as she grins and gets back to the dance floor. Holt didn't really know much of the supernatural though
A woman is at the bar...she is staring at Holt .... "Hey when do you go on break....cutie". she says
Holt laughed as the woman came onto him but she was fairly attractive...."I can take an early break for you sweetheart." he says signaling Michael another bartender to take over for him.
Zuki looks and noticed that the woman was walking off with Deacon...she noticed that she was a vampire and her resentment towards her own kind had her on guard. So Zuki followed them and she didn't want to seem like a stalker so she stayed in the shadows while the two made out which made Zuki mad but she still watched.
The woman began kissing on his neck licking on the vein on his neck... she wanted to feed but she wanted Holt more. "Why don't you leave this stupid bar ...we can have fun all night". She says
Holt smiles as he returns her kisses.... as he undoes his pants and Holt wasn't feeling too good but he began feeding of the energy that she was giving off making him stronger and feel more alive....this feeling was all too familiar for him but he had to be careful if he fed too much she'd die.
As the two engaged themselves in the alley with their quickie Enra was sick and Jealous at the same time......
When it was over Holt was surprised she didn't die actually...."Your Ok". he says
"Im better then ok... I want you... i want more". she says as she gets closer to him "Sorry that was fun and all but I have to refuse... trust me you got extremely lucky just now...so bye maybe another time" He says turning around
The vampire female was scorned ...was angry being rejected her eyes turned black as she manifested....ready to drain Holt but Enra came out the shadows surprising them both. "Deacon you fucking wanker, Michael needs your help and my shift isn't up yet" she says.
Deacon runs inside... quickly... while Enra closes the door behind her....with a broom in her hand...... "HE'S MINE...." she says and Enra smirks.... "why because he used you like a cheap whore now you want to kill him.. you ugly vamp bitch". she replied
The woman charged at Enra but a swift strike to the jaw stunned her as she got behind her and snapped her neck. "I FUCKING HATE VAMPS LIKE YOU CAN'T GET WHAT YOU WANT SO YOU MURDER JUST TO SATISFY YOU SICK DESIRES" she says while kicking her.
She breaks the broom handle and lifts up the womans head...and looks into her eyes as she stakes her with the broken wood.....
she disposes of the body......then goes back inside. She see's Deacon.... "Hey Zuki thanks... umm seems like she's gonna be a stalker...jesus now im scared im gonna get followed home". He says
She could have told him that she took care of the woman but she thought she could use this information...."How about you come stay with me in the Heights for like a day or two and security will keep watch for her...you'll be safe. she says.
Holt nods in agreement and Enra smiles
Running a hand across the smooth outer material of a deep green dress that probably wouldn't suit her anyway, Lacey allows a exasperated sigh to escape her own lips. It's really cute. She stares at it longingly before moving her hands towards the price tag. Her eyes widen dramatically at the cost, "Maybe not so cute," she chuckles to herself before turning away from the clothes rack. Eyes darting about the clothes store, she can feel a female employee's gaze fixed on her. This was an expensive clothes store, and Lacey didn't really look like the type to splash out in garments. In hand-me-down jeans and hair tied back hastily into a loose ponytail, she stuck out like a sore thumb among extravagant designer clothes. As the female continues to stare at her with an unfriendly glint in her eyes, Lacey decides to take her leave now. Spinning on the balls of her feet, she strides towards the door and disappears with the chiming of a bell as the exit opens and closes.
Katelyn's wide eyes examine her urban surroundings with mild interest; she was usually just seeing trees. She has a coffee in hand, having bought it on impulse. It didn't taste as good as she had previously envisioned and she had ended up spitting her first mouthful. No humans pay attention to the young girl in an army jacket and coffee cup in hand as she walks at a casual pace down the street. Her right hand lingers cautiously near the inside pockets of her jacket where she keeps her array of weapons; stakes, holy water, crucifixes. It would all work. It isn't a vampire that catches her attention though, it's an even more familiar scent; werewolf. Katelyn had met plenty of others, but she hadn't stuck around long enough to get to know them. And now, one word comes to mind - pack. Without even stopping to locate the source of the smells, Kat bursts into a jog, pushing past huddling groups in the street. Her emerald eyes fixate on a blonde girl with wavy hair who closes the door behind her as she exits a shop.
"Hey!" Lacey's eyes widen as she spots a red-head racing towards her. As something inside of her screams at her to run, she does. Sprinting off down the street like a shoplifter that doesn't want to get caught, she glances back to see the female hot on her trail. She pants for breath, but she doesn't dare stop. Maybe it was a vampire. Connie had always told her to be careful when she was out and about; vampires didn't like dogs, she said. It's about two minutes before finally Lacey reaches the Heights. She has slowed down considerably but the other girl seems to have an amazing level of endurance. Slipping in through the door, Lacey sinks down beside the door and turns the lock.
"We're closed." is the greeting she receives from Constance who doesn't even bother to look up from the magazine she's reading. Lacey sighs a breath of relief causing Connie to glance upwards, "What happened? You run a marathon or something?" a sharp rap at the door answers her question and Lacey jumps up, spinning to face the door. The silhouette of a short girl can be made out through the semi-transparent glass door,
"I just wanna talk!" the female insists as she continues to knock at the door. Making a noise of exasperation, she steps back and eyes the building, taking in all of it's features.
"You didn't tell me we were getting a new dog." Connie comments with a small smirk. The blonde receives a confused look from Lacey at which her smirk fades, "She's a werewolf, too. Can't you tell?" As Lacey shakes her head, Connie shrugs and goes back to her magazine with a small yawn.
Alex and anastasia are deep in conversation when they near the heights.
"...And that's when constance noticed all the furniture was upside down, her face turned as red as a vampire could possibly muster and..." Anastasia was saying when Alex shh'd her.
"look, over there. I don't recognize that girl, but she is a werewolf." Alex says.
"are you sure? she looks cute to me. too cute to be a monster." Anastasia says.
"shut up, you know better then anyone monsters are not always ugly. come on, we should go in the back. what if she is a hunter." alex says sneaking around to the back door. he unlocks the door and locks it behind him as he makes his way to the front desk. "hey, who's that girl out there?" Alex asks.
"yeah, alex wants to know so he can marry her." Anastasia giggles. "he thinks she is pretty."
"shut up annie, you're the one who said that, not me." Alex says "seriously though, do we know her?"
"She followed me home," Lacey whimpers, flinching as Kat knocks on the door once more. She blinks helplessly at Alex and then mouths the words 'open it'. She doesn't want to face the girl once more, let alone explain why she ran. She looked young, maybe seventeen or eighteen. Taking a step back from the door, Lacey continues to stare and holds her breath in the hopes that she will just go away. But Kat continues to shout and knock, "She's drawing attention to the house. . ."
"Oh for fuck's sake," Constance growls having moved from her seat. She pushes past Lacey and strides gracefully towards the door, flicking the lock upwards, "You're all a bunch of wimps," as the door swings open, Constance blinks at the blue-eyed girl before her and puts on her best smile, "Sorry darlin', we're all booked up right now. There's a hotel right up the street just the-," but the next utterance is a hiss as Kat shoves a crucifix in Constance's face and pushes her backwards into the house. The blonde stumbles and crashes into Lacey. Kat steps into the house, her eyes darting about the place. She spots another vampire - male - and goes right into killing mode. Grabbing a stake from her pocket, she moves her attention to Alex as she identifies him as a bigger threat. She steps forward, no longer looking like a lost teenager. She was a slayer now.
Alex raises his hands in a defensive position "please don't do this, yo really, really don't want to do this." Alex says. "despite my appearance, I am vary old. probably older ten any vampire you have faced yet, or likely to face." he says. when he sees the girl doesn't want to listen he moves quick as a flash to the girl, grabs the hand holding the stake and twists it until she drops the weapon.
Kat tries not to scream as she hears her wrist crack. Kicking wildly at Alex, she pulls herself free and steps back still holding the crucifix at him. She glares at him before turning her head towards Lacey, "Are they holdin' you prisoner?" she asks in all seriousness. Fumbling in her pocket once more, she curses as she remembers she only brought the one stake. They didn't have to know that though.
"Filthy dog!" Constance screeches at the red-head, "No offence, Lacey hun," She looks ready to lash out, but Lacey grabs her arms to hold her back. Kat spins and shoves the cross in her face once more causing Connie to turn away and squeeze her eyes shut.
"Stop!" Lacey shouts at her. Kat stares at the blonde with wide-eyes before the older girl calms herself, "Please, stop. These are my friends. They're good. You can tell, I know you can. You can smell it; they haven't been feeding." Kat still seems unsure as she does not lower her weapon. Letting go of Constance, Lacey steps forward,
"They're not good. All vampires are bad." Kat states, but she speaks as a desperate child who still wants to cling to their belief in Santa Claus. Lacey shakes her head,
"Not everyone's the same. Just like there's bad werewolves and good werewolves." she takes another tentative step forward before speaking carefully, "I'm Lacey." Eventually, Katelyn lowers the crucifix and turns her body towards Lacey, instantly trusting the older girl,
"Kat. I'm Kat." she jumps however as a howl of laughter is heard. Lacey and Kat move their gazes towards Constance who has doubled over, wheezing. She struggles for breath as she clutches her stomach,
"Oh my God," she manages to choke out between giggles, "A dog. . . called Kat." she lets out another screech of laughter as she almost falls back onto the table. Fortunately, she hasn't recognised the werewolf girl yet. Lacey shoots Kat a look that says 'sorry about her.'
Alex tries to put a smile on his face and says "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to twist so hard on your wrist, but you have a stronger grip then I had inticipated, and I just didn't want anyone getting hurt...well, I mean, I didn't want anyone to be killed, you obviously where hurt, and I apologize again for it. hurting you. sorry."
Anastasia chuckles and smacks Alex on the back of the head. "sorry, if I hadn't hit him he would have gone on all day apologizing. HI I'm Anastasia. I am a ghost, ooooOOOooOOoooo, ahahahahaha." she giggles holding out her hand to the werewolf girl, and standing between her and Alex, after the fight that just went on, she wanted the girl on their side, but she didn't want her near Alex, at least not until she knew more about the girl.
"Really?" Katelyn's previous expression of doubtfulness is replaced by one of excitement and wonder, "I never met no ghost before," Tentatively, the red-head reached out her hand and took hold of Anastasia's, but she let go quickly as a shiver went through her, "You're really cold." she comments aloud without thinking. Turning to Lacey, she inquires, "She your friend too, right?"
"Her grammar is appalling," Constance comments in disgust, her voice soft so Katelyn barely hears her. Looking up, the vampire speaks a little louder, "How old are you, girl?" Katelyn seems reluctant to speak to the blonde who wears too much eyeliner, and she purses her lips,
"Eighteen, at least that's what Dad says. We ain't so good at keepin' track of the dates see, 'cause we always travellin'." Constance clucks her teeth, wondering whether she is speaking like this or she really is just that stupid, "Lookin' for pack y'know. Like family? Yeah but, Dad don't like me talkin' to other people so I don't think I'm ever gonna find 'um," she shrugs slightly before smiling brightly at Lacey, "Maybe you're my pack?"
"Does your Dad know. . . what you are?" Lacey asks, deciding to divert the subject a little. With a frown, Katelyn nods,
"Course he does, he's one too. And Mum, but she died." Lacey exchanges a glance with the others around the room,
"So what you're saying is, you were always like this?"
"Yeah, I was born a werewolf." Did that happen? Who knew? Lacey just assumed that werewolves were made rather than born, but she hadn't been in this world long enough to know.
"you where....born a werewolf?" Alex asks, with a hint of surprise and disbelief in his voice. he looks to Constance, wondering if she had been a vampire long enough to hear about the prophecy. "are you sure? your mother and father where BOTH werewolves when you where conceived?"
"hmm, I always thought all supernaturals where unable to have children." Anastasia says. "maybe you're special." she smiles at Kat.
Katelyn seems confused as she watches their surprised expressions. She always thought this was normal. Didn't werewolves get married and have children? Wasn't that how packs were formed? "Yeah, Dad said Mom was a werewolf and that's how they met. They were pack, see. And then they had me and I was a werewolf too. Isn't that how it works?"
Constance folds her arms and yawns, "Okay, so your parents did it doggy style and had you. What's the big fucking deal?" Lacey shoots her a glare. Constance would often make werewolf jokes, though she wouldn't usually say anything about it.
"Dad says ladies shouldn't curse. It shows a limited vocabulary." Katelyn states, her gaze flickering towards Constance for just a moment. She allows it to rest of Alex, "Are you sure she's a nice vampire? 'cause she certainly ain't acting like one." her eyes linger on the stake on the floor, but she doesn't touch it. They might attack her again. She can still feel her right wrist ache and she winces.
"don't worry kat, anyone vampire in this hotel is likely to be the nicest vampire you'll ever meet. she is just stuck in her ways. Constance is a newblood and she has the natural distrust and hatred for werewolves that all vampires have. I think it's the way your blood smells to us, it gets in our heads." Alex says noticing that kat saw her chance to grab the stake and decided against it.
"not to mention Constance is a jerk to everyone, not only werewolves." Anastasia says.
"I am interested in hearing about how you where born. you must not have known this, but it is, well, completely unheard of for werewolves to, for lack of a better word, breed. most packs are created the same way vampire clans are created, through spread of the disease. a werewolf pack is always made up of a pack leader and a few people who he bit or scratched." Alex says. "perhaps you could introduce me to your father and I can ask him about it." he smiles.
"Constance?" Katelyn tilts her head at the mention of the girl's name. It seemed familiar. She listens to Alex patiently, but she still seems wary of her surroundings and keeps quite close to Lacey. She grimaces at his suggestion, "Not sure if that's such a good idea. Maybe Lacey could come, or Anna-. . . uh. Sorry, don't remember the name," she scratches her head sheepishly.
"Why not?" Lacey asks, raising an eyebrow and folding her arms. Katelyn swallows hastily before pulling a necklace from her inside pocket. But instead of beads and a chain, it's simply a rope with fangs dangling off it. Constance grimaces and makes a disgusted face,
"That is disgusting," Katelyn ignores her and selects a tooth from the necklace,
"This one's name was Declan. Big fat bloke with a moustache. This," she chooses another, "Was Danny. Newly turned, a bit wild. Easy kill though. This was my most difficult kill," she chooses one that appears a little blunt, "Vampire leader named Donnell. He put up a fight but I got him, right in the heart," she grins, "Dad was so proud." she clears her throat as her smile fades, "Dad taught me everything I know about vampire hunting since I was ten, and he 'asn't taught me everything he knows yet. He'll kill any vampire who comes within a mile."
"I see, so your dad is a hunter." Alex says. "and her name is Anastasia, but if you can't remember that, just call her Annie, she likes it." alex smiles. "well...I'm going to bed, I have things to do later tonight and I need to be well rested." Alex starts towards the stairs. "oh, and if any of those vampires outside these walls mess with you, just tell them your a friend of Florance De'Luca, only the strongest, oldest, or dumbest vampires will continue their attack after they hear my name." he says walking up the rest of the stairs to his room.
"what a show off. don't let his niceness fool you though, he really was some vampire big shot or something, he isn't like that anymore thanks to me though. now he only drinks freshly bagged blood packets." Anastasia says. "I'll go with you, to meet your dad. I'm a ghost so even if your father wanted to hurt me he couldn't."
"Vampires is all the same to me, don't matter how old they are," Katelyn murmurs to herself quietly, barely loud enough for anyone to hear as she watches Alex disappear up the stairs. Shaking her head, she retrieves her weapon from the floor and dusts it off before placing it back inside her jacket. Blinking at Anastasia, she plasters on a smile, "That's real smart, I didn't think of it like that,"
"Yeah, I bet you didn't," Constance mutters with a large intake of air. She had re-positioned herself on her swivel chair, her face buried back into a fashion magazine.
"I'll come too," Lacey speaks over Constance, nodding at Katelyn reassuringly. Though she can't shake this certain feeling that there's something up with the story she's told them. Katelyn seems indifferent about the addition as she merely shrugs. Pulling her sleeves down over her arms, she steps towards the door,
"S'fine but, my Dad ain't the nicest of people. Not to strangers, I mean." she corrects herself hastily, as if he were standing within earshot, "He's a great Dad y'know, 'specially when it's just him looking after me." the door chimes as Katelyn eases it open and steps out into the open, "We're in the woods, hope you's don't mind goin' over there. The van broke down and we ain't got money for a mechanic,"
"I'm fine with woods, I practically grew up in the woods. although back then, that was most of this area anyway." Anastasia smiles. "come on, lets go!"
Katelyn leads the rest of the way in silence, her strides long and powerful and her arms swinging back and forth as she walks. Other than the few times she glanced around, the werewolf girl seems entirely focused on where she is going. The silence doesn't seem awkward for Kat; she was used to it. A few times Lacey opens her mouth to speak but decides against it, bottling up her questions for Katelyn's father. As they travel deeper and deeper into the forest, Lacey fears that they will never get out. She seems relieved as they near a rusty-looking blue van in a small clearing and a large figure steps out from in front.
"Dad!" Lacey watches as Katelyn steps forward with a grin on her face at the sight of her father, but he seems more focused on the newcomers as he stares them down with an unwavering gaze. Noticing this, Kat speaks, "These are my friends, Dad." she points to each one in turn, "That's Lacey, she's like us. And that's. . . Annie. She's a ghost, ain't that something?"
Devon seems to ignore the greeting, continuing to stare down the two. Katelyn swallows hard before stepping forward and turning to face him, "S'alright Dad, they're really nice. They're just here because they ain't never heard of no werewolves bein' born before." She doesn't notice the flicker of his eyes as she turns around to face the others, the grin still on her face.
"Lacey," the blonde extends a hand for Devon to shake, but she quickly draws it back and pretends to fix her hair as he shows no sign of movement. Clearing her throat, she attempts another warm smile, "We run a bed and breakfast in the town, for supernaturals that is. We were just curious about. . . how your daughter came to be?" Blinking hopefully, Lacey seems ready to turn and run in the opposite direction. She intertwines her fingers in a nervous fashion, swaying from side to side.
"What is there to know?" Devon finally speaks, making her jump. His voice is a low growl - almost like a wolf, "She was born like any other child." Lacey purses her lips and sighs, beginning to talk with her hands,
"No what I mean is. . . Why was she a werewolf at birth?" Devon narrows his eyes at her, as if she knew something she shouldn't. Lacey tilts her head in an innocent manner.
"Isn't that how genetics work? Her mother and I were werewolves, so Katelyn was a werewolf," Lacey takes a mental not of Kat's full name before watching Devon move back around to the front of the car, "I think it's time for you to go now,"
