nyx snarls at the demon dogs currently in her room "will you go home now? i ran out of treats!" she sighs as they whine "yeah well i'm sorry." she laughs as they disappear.

she turns to look at ed, still safe and asleep in his bed and she smiles. "sleep well yeah?" she says kissing his forehead as she sits down once again.

History/Info: The day Blake died Odette felt like a part of her had, also. She moved out of her aunt’s house and found an apartment, as well as a job that paid great. Alone, Odette had to raise her child, hold a job, pay bills, shop . . .so on and so forth. After two years, Odette’s aunt decided that Odette should find someone to help her. Her aunt set up several dates, but every single time something horrible would happen during the date, and the main would be scared away. Most of the time, this is due to Cedric. Odette’s aunt quickly gave up, realizing that Blake is the only one who could actually deal with all of the strange things that happen in Odette’s life.

Personality: More or less, Cedric is a brat. Well, towards anyone who isn’t his mother. Cedric also gets along with some of the other kids at school. He’s very manipulative, too, and can get most people to do as he pleases just by giving them his adorable smile. Cedric is cute, and he knows it. And he uses it to his advantage. Otherwise, he isn’t the biggest social butterfly in the world, and he could also be [has been] referred to as a little devil, because he knows how to cause chaos. But, he knows what upsets his mother, and tries to avoid causing too many problems.
Likes: Making sure that no other male becomes a part of his mother’s life is something that Cedric has loved to do. He enjoys being a handful, and the center of attention. But, Cedric never tries to hurt his mother. He loves her, and Odette knows that. One of Cedric’s favorite things to eat are chopped up fruits and vegetables, but he isn’t a very big meat eater. He also absolutely loves being read to.
Dislikes: Secretly, Cedric doesn’t like the fact that he has never had a father. This is the main reasoning for Cedric being so bitter towards males. Another thing that Cedric isn’t too fond of is crowded rooms. He clutches onto his mother and closes his eyes, as if scared. And if anyone dared to harm his mother in any way, Cedric would kill them. All too literally.

Weapon/s: Cedric is a bit too young for a weapon.
Special Abilities/Powers: Most kids who are born of human and demon blood have little power, if any at all. But, his mother is the queen of demons. And his father was of a pure heart. Thus, Cedric is the child of the old prophecy. He is to signify peace between humans and demons. Maybe. Cedric’s power is very great, though he is too young to fully tap into it. So far, he has been shown to generate fire and air, as well as control plant life. Outside of the elements, Cedric has enhanced strength and can teleport. Cedric also shows the strange ability to shape shift into animals. . .he usually turns himself into a maine coon (it’s a cat breed).
History/Info: Cedric was born nine months after his father’s death. His mother is always telling him stories about how great Blake was. But, whenever he would ask why his dad isn’t around, his mother was start to cry. Cedric has never been given an answer, and assumes several different reasons. The reason that Cedric has given himself, is that his father left them. Not wanting his mother to get harmed again by another man, Cedric has made sure that none enter her life.
Extra: Cedric hates seeing his mother cry, and does anything to make sure she is happy again. And, he has yet to fail.
Also, Cedric was given his stuffed bunny when he was born, and he named it Rosie.

Special Abilities/Powers: she's a lust demon of the earth so she can manipulate people with scents of flowers herbs and spices.
and i guess another special ability would be to controll dog demons but she's lived with them her entire life so it's normal.
History/Info: she'd grown up, gotten consent from her parents and had a wedding in hell to ed.
she later gave birth to demon triplets, they do have human forms and can become them much more easily thanks to their father but they often play around in their animal forms. which is hell for her.

she still keeps in touch with odette and her family but she rarely see's anyone but odette and her brothers.

Odette is in the office space in her room. The desk is placed near the window, so the sunlight enters the bedroom and brightens the area. A majority of the windows are partially open, as it is a very beautiful day. To go along with the excellent weather, Odette had received another letter from work. She has to design a new hospital building for Arizona.


Cedric is sitting on his bed, which is adorably shaped like a ship. He is playing with Rosie, the stuffed bunny’s hears flopping up and down as he makes it hop. With a little giggle, Cedric throws Rosie up into the air. Almost striking the ceiling, Rosie suddenly changes into a living creature. She flaps her ears and then floats back down into Cedric’s hands as he catches her.

“Hey Rosie!” Cedric beams at his friend.

“Hi Cedric!” Rosie chimes in response, her ears moving in happy motions. “Oh! You’ve lost a tooth. Did it hurt?”

Cedric shakes his head, still smiling.

nyx sighs as she sits in the garden on a swing. they'd had them installed for the kids but she'd spent the most time on them escaping FROM the kids.

it was only a day off from her usual work as a lawyer and she'd spent it at home....with her family....

oh how she'd wished that she'd gone out somewhere with ed....

the children had so far managed to set her tail on fire by having horus breathe on it..... they'd chewed 2 pairs of shoes (thank god they were both eds!) and had bugged her all day about when her brothers diwo and cer would be visiting next.

"why are they so much like me?" she groaned "i mean i couldn't set things on fire by breathing it but still! " she shakes her head and laughs slightly as she sees a small black puppy coming out of the dogflap they'd installed.

"hello anubis~" she purrs, picking him up as he sits at her feet and putting him on her lap "hiya mom~!" he barks back, curling up on her lap.

Ed looks out of the sliding glass doors that lead to the garden, and smiles at the sight of Nyx and Anubis. With a subtle sight, Ed goes to check on the other kids.

Life after recovery was great. Ed couldn't ask for any other style to go by. He has a job, kids, and a wonderful wife. Not to mention, there's a roof over his head and food in their fridge. And pantry. And cabinets. There was ALWAYS food.

Blake was in paradise looking over his family... he hated leaving odette alone but it had to be done he couldn't survive the fight

Odette stands up and sets her pencil down, smiling brightly at her artwork. She then exits her room, and walks into Cedric's. He looks up from Rosie and at his mother, giving her a giant grin. With a laugh, Odette sits on the edge of his bed.

"Hey there Rosie." Odette smiles at the creature, who returns a happy giggle and a nod.

Odette then looks at Cedric, and asks, "Alright, where should we go? Do you wanna see auntie Nyx and uncle Ed?" They weren't blood related, but Odette had come to think of Nyx and Ed as her family.

Cedric's expression changes, going from happy to nearly blank. He shakes his head, and continues to play with Rosie.

"Why not?" Odette blinks, pulling Cedric into a hug as she throws herself back on the bed and tightens her grip. "Huh? Why not?" She laughs as Cedric begins to giggle, trying to squirm free.

"Because I don't want to see auntie Nyx." Cedric answers her question, and she releases him. Odette lets out a heavy sigh, still laying on his bed.

" mom how come your out here?" anubis asks his mother, head cocked to the side.
"because my tail needs to cool off" she states, looking at him sternly.

"it wasn't me mom! it was all horus' idea! honest i swear! he's done it to me an' bast twice this week!" he whines as she rolls her eyes and pets him.

" well i'm sure your uncles would be oh so proud of your pranks little one" she states, beaming. she could never stay mad at them for long "now what say you to a cuddle hm?" she asks slyly as anubis yelps.

"no! mom! i'm not a baby!" he whines as she does it anyway. "no~ even worse you're a puppy" she grinns as she nuzzles him.

Ed walks into the children's bedroom, and he spots Horus and Bastet.

"Hey. What are you two up to?" Ed asks them as he strides over to them, a smile on his face.

A plane lands in the airport not too far from edgly there is a woman with Japanese clothes on she exits the plane and picks up her phone..." yes I have arrived I will be in edgly within 2 hour's" she says on her headset as she puts her suitcases in the trunk of the limo and gets inside.." understood sir please inform the others that I have arrived" she says hanging up

bastet hisses loudly as she runs over to her father "DADDY HORUS SET MUMMYS TAIL ON FIRE AND THEN HE BIT MY EAR!" she whines as she hides behind his ankles from her brother.

nyx smiles as her gentle swinging has managed to lull anubis to sleep. "shhhhh anu~ mommy's still here" she whispers as she removes her hand from him to grip the swings chain.

Ed lets out a heavy sigh, and pinches the bridge of his nose. He picks Bastet up, and looks at her. He then glances over at Horus, "Everyone just relax. Take some time to ourselves, alright? Horus, stay in this room and think about what you've done, and then apologize to your mother and Bastet."

He then exits the room, closing the door behind him.

"where we goin' daddy?" bastet asks, curious as she looks around. being held up always amazed her because she was usually stuck on ground level.

(thought i'd leave horus to you XD can't have all 3 fluff balls to myself. )

"To sit with your mother. Get some fresh air." Ed answers, a warm smile added to the sentence. He trails outside, holding Bastet in one hand as he finds Nyx. He sits down on the swing beside her, and places Bastet on his lap.

Horus sits in the room, curling up at the end of the bed and closing his eyes. What was there to apologize for? It was a great prank.

nyx smiles at her husband "it's good to see you up and running again. mister 'this cold is going to kill me....live on well my love!'" she smirks "you're more of a drama queen than cerberus sometimes"she laughs.

anubis' head darts up quickly "UNCLE CERBERUS IS HERE?!" he yelps and bastet rolls her eyes "nu uh dog breath! and if he was I'D be the first to know!" she hisses as they each stick their tongues out at each other.

"if you don't stop it, batmans going to cut off your tongues with a pair of scissors" nyx states.

(yup..... i've been told this several times during my childhood XD )
