This RP will take place eighty years after Naruto: Shippuden…
The fourth war ended, and the leaf village got out alive because of Naruto, who was then appointed as Hokage.
Sasuke returned to the leaf, seeking to destroy Naruto. The outcome was Sasuke being blinded, and Naruto losing his life.
Now it is present time (about 75 years after what had happened with Sasuke and Naruto)…
Konoha has been rebuilt, as has the Uchiha Clan.
But that doesn't mean the village won't run into trouble every now and then.
Especially since new enemies are on the rise.
Rules and Such:
No God Modding
Younger people are starting off in the academy (I might make an exception for one or two to be Genin already…otherwise I want most to start off in the academy)
Sharingan is now an option for Kekkei Genkai, but no Rinnegan (but there will be an opponent with Rinnegan that will pop up)
NO KIDS OF ANY ORIGINAL CHARACTERS.
Don’t argue with me!
(there will be no "-" and if you say genjutsu is at 2 that means it is low, that does not mean the character is really good at genjutsu but they just don't use it...and 10 for handseals would be the limit, and that would be when handseals are unseen and it APPEARS as though they don't use them...if you put a 0 for anything, that would mean they completely fail at that, not that they don't need to use it)
Here is the total limit thing: Genin- 0-55; Chuunin – 55-65; Jounin – 65-83; Kage – 83-90

History: Kagayaku is a failure at the academy. He can barely throw a kunai, let alone use his chakra to its full extent. But when it comes to spirit, Kagayaku reigns as the champion. Even though the village looks down at him like a weakling (he has the lowest stat total out of anyone else, Sakana has calculated), and someone who should have never been accepted into the academy, he is as nice as can be. Kagayaku is the one to grin and bear it; even if he holds someone else’s weight on his shoulders he will gladly remain proud. He was given the name Kaga-Baka at the academy.

History: Shiawase is a girl who is obsessed with flowers of any kind. She learned how to incorporate flowers in Jutsu, and how to use them as weapons. Shiawase was one of the top ranked in the academy. She was quick to take notice of Kagayaku’s lower levels in fighting and saw him as nothing more than another kid in the academy who probably won’t graduate any time soon.

History: Gumura is a popular figure in the academy, and even the teacher admires his skill. His Dark Release makes him a difficult opponent, even against those of a higher level. Gumura thinks of Kagayaku as being a weak link in the Leaf village and with one wink link then everything will fall apart. So, basically, Gumura tries to act like Kagayaku doesn’t even exist. But Kagayaku is still as friendly as can be towards his entire team.

History: Sakana is possibly the greatest swordsman the Leaf village has to offer, and one of the most respected ninja in the village. He is strict and to the point – most of the time. He doesn’t understand Kagayaku’s carefree and childish kindness. Sakana admires most of his students, but looks down on Kagayaku and shares Gumura’s beliefs.

If you keep on failing at everything you do, don't view yourself as a failure. For you succeed at failing. So to succeed, one must fail at failure!
The Academy had just let everyone out. Like always Kagayaku had been trampled. Chants of "Kaga-Baka you're so slow!" and "Get out of the way Kaga-Baka!" had been shouted from the mob of academy studnents. He now lay in the doorway, moaning and covered in dirty footprints. Kagayaku gets to his hands and knees before rising to his feet and brushing his clothes off. With a contempt sigh, Kagayaku exits the Academy and heads off towards training grounds.
Kodai and his younger brother Marucho were at the training grounds. Kodai had left the academy early today to practice his shuriken throwing, and decided to take Marucho with him. "Wow brother! you're amazing!" Marucho said after Kodai had flawlessly finished a kunai target practice. "It's not that hard brother, I am sure one day you can do it too," he said. Marucho ran to his brother and tackled him, they laid in the grass laughing.
If you keep on failing at everything you do, don't view yourself as a failure. For you succeed at failing. So to succeed, one must fail at failure!
Kagayaku arrives, his kunai already in his hands. He couldn't help but grin at Kodai and his little brother. Kagayaku had always wondered what it would be like to have a younger sibling. He remembers when he was four and asked his mom why he couldn't have a little brother or sister. She had responded with "the storks get tired every now and then, too." Kagayaku had then sat outside for six hours straight, staring up at the sky and waiting to spot a stork...
Kagayaku had set up his targets on the trees, and throws six kunai. Only one hit inside of the target, but nowhere near the center. "I'll get there." He tells himself with a grin.
Kodai sits up and looks at Kagayaku and gives a small grin, "practice makes perfect," he said. "But you'll never be as good as my brother," Marucho said teasingly. Kodai scolded him and sent him home to help their mother prepare dinner. He walked up to Kagayaku, "The problem is you're not looking at where you are throwing," he said.
If you keep on failing at everything you do, don't view yourself as a failure. For you succeed at failing. So to succeed, one must fail at failure!
Kagayaku jumps and then laughs, rubbing the back of his neck. "Sorry. You startled me. I'm not used to people talking to me." He pulls out a couple more kunai, and uses Kodai's advice. Still, only one hits. Kagayaku's smile doesn't falter. "I guess I need more practice. I won't stop until I get all six in the target. No. Until I can slice that tree down with a single kunai."
Kodai smiled back, "I'd start with one kunai, you'll never master it with six at a time," Kodai laughed as he took a kunai from his pouch and threw it at the target, getting a perfect bulls-eye. He turns back to Kagayaku and smiles, "and don't be startled by me talkin to you, you're a ninja in this village, we should all work together to get stronger!".
If you keep on failing at everything you do, don't view yourself as a failure. For you succeed at failing. So to succeed, one must fail at failure!
"I suppose so." Kagayaku shrugs, adding a chuckle. "But it's not as big of a challenge with only one kunai. If I don't challenge myself, then who will?" He holds his hand out to Kodai. "The name is Kagayaku Keisatsukan. Call me Kaga-Baka if you want, it's fine by me!" He grins.
"What are you doing here? This is my training area." Miyuki's eyes narrow as she appears. "Kodai, you can stay, but I don't want him here." She points an angry finger at Kagayaku, who bows and apologizes as quickly as possible.
"Well, bye!" Kagayaku laughs, running off and waving. He returns home, finding his mother's messenger hawk in the house. He takes the note from it, reading that his mother would be gone for another two days.
"Thanks Taka." Kagayaku nods at the bird, that squaks in response.
"I don't want him spreading the Baka disease throughout my training grounds." Miyuki hisses between her teeth and folds her arms over her chest. "Simple as that."
Kagayaku sits on the flat roof of his house, sprawled out and staring at the sky. His turquoise eyes glisten as he smiles at the white clouds. "Even though they aren't visible at this moment, the stars are there. Just as I am still here...I, too, shall one day make myself seen throughout the entire world."
Kodai was angered by this. Although he didn't like Kagayaku all that much, he still wanted to treat everyone equally. He silently continued his training. Activating his newly acquired sharingan for the first time. He jumped in the air and threw six kunai. All of them landed with perfect bulls-eye, even the target behind him. He landed and turned toward Miyuki, showing off his sharingan.
If you keep on failing at everything you do, don't view yourself as a failure. For you succeed at failing. So to succeed, one must fail at failure!
Miyuki gives a roll of her eyes. "All of you Uchiha are the same." She sighs. "Big show offs." She snickers, punching his arm. She had been practicing her Byakugan techniques on a practice dummy. There wasn't any damage on the dummy, except for a few loose strands of hay. But that's because the strikes were meant to deal internal damage. She glances up. Stars started to form out of the nothingness of the darkening sky. "Well, I better get going before my parents freak out. See ya later Kodai." With that, Miyuki is gone.
Kagayaku's eyes glow with joy as he watches the sky slowly turn a deep blue, and the bright specks start to appear one by one. He would most likely sleep on the roof tonight. He could already tell it would be a great night for stargazing.
Kodai smiled as he walked back through the village. It was getting dark, but his parent wouldn't be too concerned, they knew he was safe. As he was walking he say Kagayaku laying on a roof top. He decided to keep moving and let him be. He went home to enjoy supper and get ready for the next day.
If you keep on failing at everything you do, don't view yourself as a failure. For you succeed at failing. So to succeed, one must fail at failure!
Kagayaku falls asleep, perfectly under the light of the fullest of moons...and even in his sleep, Kagayaku wears a gentle smile.
-Next Day-
Kagayaku was late to the academy, like usual. Sakana had stopped asking why. Especially since it is a different reason every day. Sakana never believes them, but they were all true.
"Alright, today we shall be doing one on ones." Sakana states, standing at the front of the room. "We shall go to the front of the building, where there is more space."
"Yes! I am so ready!" Kagayaku jumps up. And just as he is about to walk out of the door, he gets trampled by the crowd of rushing students. Kagayaku is quick to get up this time, since he is too excited, and he joins the rest of the students.
"First off, Haruhi and Itsuki. Remember, it does not matter if you lose." Sakana says. The two students step up...and the fight begins.
Kagayaku watches in awe. After a couple of minutes, Itsuki stands victorious.
"Amazing!" Kagayaku's eyes sparkle and he claps his hands together. He is snapped back into reality as his name is called, as is Kodai's.
Kagayaku stumbles out of the crowd, as he had been secluded from the others. He steps up to Sakana, and Sakana takes a couple of steps back to give them more space. "Don't kill him." Sakana sighs to Kodai. The students could be heard snickering.
Kagayaku stands on one side of the battle ground, ready.
After shaking Kaga's hand he grabs him and flips him over his shoulder. When Kaga hit the ground, Kodai did a few flips backward and threw a kunai, perfectly going through side of Kaga's shirt, sticking him to the ground. Kodai smiled as he fought.
