it's simple put to characters from any thing you can think off and match them up, then people post who would win

Okay, I've got two:

Goku (from Dragon Ball Z/GT) vs. Superman

Apocalypse vs Darkseid

1. goku
2. darkside

I'd have to disagree with your choices.

1 Goku might be able to become a Super Saiyan 4, but he's not always at full power. Superman is always at full-power, and he's never died - Goku died twice.

2.Darkseid never got close to killing Superman, where as Apocalypse almost did.

I'd have to say Spiderman, even though the Hulk would give him one heck of a match.

I'd like to say right now that I do not like the thought of the killing off of Peter Parker in issue #160. Yeah, Peter may have been old-school (white and from a mostly white neighborhood of NYC), but he will always be the #1 Spiderman IMHO.

actualy superman isnt always at full power he needs to recharge by the sun or what ever. so i say goku would win and im preety sure if they had kriptinte that would make it even better.

if superman blasted heat vision goku would dodge with instant transmission then gollow with some barrages and maybe a kamehameha

Ah, but Superman could probably dodge with his speed, or just take it. After all, he'd just absorb the erergy, as it seems similar to light.

And I'm gonna say, yes the kamehameha is close to light the basic spectrum of light is different from the beams spectrum. Also super man does move guick but goku asthe power to blow up a planet with a singal blast of ki (the spirit bomb) and superman was killed by Luther eventually as shown in a movie a few years back.
