SICK!!

You know, the flu really sucks.
Not only do I have the flu, but I also had a Pre-Calculus and a Physics test today. I know the stuff, but it didn't seem like it...it was too hard to concentrate.
And it's all my friend's fault! That bastard, haha.
Well, I'm going to sleep, this medicine is making me drowsy.

Being sick and having to take tests suck. Your mind really isn't up to the task of remembering all the little details. I'm sure you'll do fine regardless.

I just don't go to school. For example, today. My Mom decided that I've been working too hard lately, and need to skip out of my AP Psychology test and make it up tomorrow.

I just almost finished getting over the monos. Sux.

I had to go because I'm paying for this. And those classes don't have "make-up" tests like they did in high school.

Neither does my class. I have over 100% in it, though.

Most college classes will give you make up tests. You just need to tell the teacher ahead of time.

Well, you didn't hear what happened otherwise. When you're absent, you have to bring in a note so that you can be excused by the next day, or you get no makeup work, etc, and you get counted as an illegal absense.

These Profs don't care if you show or not, it's your grade, if you're not there on test day then you're pretty much shit out of luck for that test. You're lucky if the class drops the lowest test grade though, but if they don't then you're looking at getting a C which will bring down GPA drastically...and won't keep me in this honors society. So I showed for test day.
Anyways, it depends on the Prof. If you work for the guy, like I make comics for this English Prof at my college, he pretty much lets me do what I want in the class. Also, some will let you come during another one of their classes the next day and take the test with that class, but if you don't show on that day, well, basically you're stupid because the Prof gave you another chanse, which he/she didn't have to do.

At my college we have an attendance policy, some Profs don't go by it because they think that it's against what being a college student is all about: choice...but most go by it here.
