Super GALS

This show is fun. It's funny to see that America isn't the only one with those irritating (valley girl) GAL types.

Sixteen-year-old first-year Hounan High School student, Ran Kotobuki, is a super gal with an eye for style, a big attitude, and a reputation as the girl in charge in Shibuya. Although her parents would like to see her follow in the long family tradition of serving in the police force, Ran would rather spend her time having fun, shopping, and hanging out with her friends. However, when it comes down to it, Ran has a heart of gold, and although she isn't the first to start a fight (usually), she isn't about to take anybody's crap either, and if you mess with her friends, you'll pay the consequences.
The first installment introduces us to what it is to be a gal, from the dress code, to the rules of galdom. We learn a few colloquialisms (with the aid of an SD gal who appears with the day's lesson), and the types of things a gal has to put up with—overbearing parents, rival gals, coming up with excuses for missing class, and the hunt for GL (good looking) guys. But there is also a darker side to being a high school girl, including subsidized dating, (where young girls are paid to accompany older men), phone hunting, stalking, the meaning of friendship, or the pressures of keeping up grades while still having a life.

get used to it, after awhile he'll stop, or find somthing else to do. hes alright, unless hes messing with you, but he has a point, even if, annoying at times.

And come on, it's a fucking anime on shopping and shit like that...I'm sorry, but how can I restrain myself?

I never saw this anime but it doesn't sound good( but I'm a guy), but I'm not here to judge. When does it come on or do you have to buy a dvd or something.

It's not on any TV station I get(thank god).

But rather than buying the shitty DVDs, wasting good money, why not just watch something like Totally Spys for free?

about the anime, i saw it at the store in the mall "Dragons and Warroirs" it looked stupid, like a even bigger style of barbie imported for japan. the only person id think like this anime is my three year old sister who watchs bratz DVD she gets from the toys. im sorry, but i wouldnt get this anime if someone offered me money.

Yeah................I don't want to see it anymore if its like totally spies because that show should be cancelled.

I like Super GALS but I hate Totally Spies.

And you have to buy the dvds or bum them off a friend like I do.

SuperGALs is way too annoying for me to watch. I know the girls think it's great--but it's just too damn annoying.
