There are only DVD+RW and DVD-RW standards.

There are no CD+RW standards (that I know of). The CDR(W) standard has been worked out a long time ago. Currently, only the dual format DVD standards are the tricky ones. Each standard is basically the same, but they don't work with each other. Most burners are dual format now anyways.

I don't worry about that too much. As long as it's 512 and has Dance Dance Revolution SDRAM, then it should work very well (mine does).

Grammatically inexact with reference to my post. Y'see I said "think" which is a present tense. You said "didn't" which is a past tense. The tenses are now very sad. I hope you're happy.
