MyIE2. Highly customizable, different skins, pop-up blocker, more functionality than IE despite handling script the same way, convenience functions and so on. The downside is that it's annoying at first, because the default settings are utter crap.
Are the settings a pain to deal with? I use Internet Explorer for most internet activities myself, although Firebird and Opera would seem to be better, I do not want to pay. I'm cheap.
