Same w/me. I don't understand the fuss about the "features" of a mouse. If it works, and works well, why not keep it?

Haha, that's such an honor though. I'm not sure I deserve it.

haha, actually have a good time. Get some metal while you're there! Japanese people are the most rabid metal consumers on the planet. They just love stuff like Arch Enemy over there. Sad, 'cause Arch Enemy's really not that good. At all. But still, they should have a real good selection.

I actually use a wireless router myself, they're pretty good (not the most SECURE connection ever, but when it does work (which is often) it's very smooth). If the distance between the two computers isn't very far or wouldn't get in the way, I would suggest a wired router.
You can find them at Best Buy or really any store that sells computer stuff.

thank you.

Said By §ü®f¡ñG_p¡kÄ©Hü

A two-hour argument? Over the phone? Wow... Conversations, filled with large periods of uneasy silence can last hours, but an argument? It can't be an entirely <span style="font-size: 2px; line-height: normal">negative</span>* thing.

* In a humanistic/instinctively perceived, psychological way, of course.

Yay for size 2 font!

Said By ArtemisPanthar

Come to think of it, two hours would run up the phone bill, wouldn't it? @.@

Opening up to a person is difficult. It's by human nature(and intelligence) that you don't trust everything that moves. We're a paranoid species....Opening up...is like taking down your shield. Opens the path for relationship, while also allowing you to get hurt easily =P It sounds like he should be more patient...how long have you been going out?

Not that I've ever been in a relatioship, but this is the way I percieve it.

Local calls are free... @_@

I have a cast-iron sheild, and I take it down for no one... I told him this when we first started going out. I told him that I don't open up easily, and that it probably wouldn't work out. If for no other reason than I don't trust <b>anyone</b> that much.

We've been going out for two months.

Let me tell you something darling. A relationship will never really reach a truely meaningful level unless you communicate. People can't ever really understand one another unless they open up about themselves. Understanding is a great human need. He may have feelings for you but is confused about where the realtionship is going because he has no real understanding of what exactly it is that is on your mind. Of course, I may be totally full of shit or maybe someone who has watched countless friends and relatives head down the path to divorce court during my 48 years as a citizen of this planet.

I don't even think he's really about understanding and all that. I get a very strong impression sometimes that he is just in the relationship because he thinks he's going to get some. I really do think that. You see, the relationship is more physical than it is emotional, it always has been. It's just easier for me to be physical than it is emotional. Of course, it's not <b>that</b> physical, but that element does outweigh the emotional connection. All my relationships have been like that, and I think he truly might want an emotional bond with me, but I'm just not that secure to

Said By Aron Schatz

Don't worry about it PERR (acronym). You're okay with whatever you want to talk about.

Thank you sir. My attitude is that it is your site and I want to respect your wishes. I've always had that attitude when posting on these boards. 4 or 5 years back, my local ISP had a community bulletin board. I had never looked at a bulletin board before and just happened to clik on it one day. On top of the usual local issues and events, two guys were making physical threats against one another over the issue of flag burning. At that moment, I became Public Enemy and jumped in on the side of this acerbic individual who was anti-flag burning law. Not that I would ever want to burn a flag, but I have pretty strong viewpoints concerning freedom of speech/expression. Of course, I used some very colorful language sending some people into orbit. Immediately, I was posting some seriously explosive thoughts about such things as sex, religion, politics, and other subjects that garner anger from mindless fools. Pretty soon the ISP was flooded with complaints about poor little old me. Not wanting to fuck up the guys business, I asked him point blank wether or not he wanted me to stop. His response was "keep the internet free". So, I stayed and pretty soon had large amounts of people hating me. Then I invented literally dozens of hilarious alter-egos (never responded directly to each other's threads, though). Soon, even more people hated me but I also had a bunch of groupies. Soon I gave myself the R Rating so that the faint of heart would get the hint and not read my threads. But you know those morons, they couldn't get enough of me or enough of the creative insults I directed at them. They were addicted. But, they kept on complaining with one woman saying that I "made her puke" every day. I thought, maybe I should start my own diet plan: Eat all you want, read Public Enemy Rated R, puke your guts out, lose weight. After a couple of years, the ISP was sold and the new owners in their infinite wisdom turned the board into a registration/censored format. So, since it was now "their " board, I bowed out gracefully. Of course, the thing had like 1 user who talked back and forth to himself. End of everyone's good time. Soon, they just took it down due to lack of interest. In the meantime, I met a bunch of friends and groupies from that board (25 total) and some of us go bowling, attend each other's parties, go out to lunch, dinner, clubs, and picnics with each other. Some of my favorite people in the world. But, we miss those crazy times. Anyway, if you ever feel like I'm out of line, give me a kick in the ass. I'm sure that I'll deserve it. Won't I???
