NEW YORK, June 3, 2010--     Mobile Star Corp. (OTCBB: MBST), a developer of karaoke vending machines,
announced that the company is developing several marketing models to drive
significant traffic to their vending booths in regional markets throughout
the U.S.

    The company has begun preliminary discussions with two major media
