Lightcrest Joins Lucid Imagination Global Partner Program for Open Source Search
Rapid Growth and Diversification of Data Drives Customer Interest in Apache Lucene/Solr and Spurs New Market Opportunities
LOS ANGELES, May 10 -- Lightcrest, a provider of managed hosting and high-volume enterprise search implementations, has broadened its solutions portfolio by joining the Global Partner Program led by Lucid Imagination, the commercial company for Apache Lucene and Apache Solr search technology.
Lightcrest was selected as one of the seven inaugural reseller partners for Lucid Imagination worldwide, and will begin to offer Lucid Imagination's products, training, and support services immediately. Lightcrest is the leading provider of hosted application solutions, and operates under the belief that sub-second search, data classification, machine learning, and e-discovery are features that all enterprises should have access to.
