Dydacomp Announces Another First with the Introduction of Web Designer-Friendly Complete Commerce

TOTOWA, N.J., May 10 -- Dydacomp, the premier provider of cross-channel commerce management solutions for direct, retail and online merchants announced today a major shift in product focus to include making current and future versions of their shopping cart, Complete Commerce, available to third party web designers.

"We have found that the majority of our clients rely on local web designers to help them get the most bang from their web sites and now Complete Commerce will make it easier for that to happen," said John Healy, CEO of Dydacomp.  Healy went on to say, "No longer will our clients, working with their web designers, have to go through the process of getting their web orders in and out of Mail Order Manager.  With Complete Commerce, the web designer is completely free to create a web site in our tool that publishes all the products, descriptions and pricing and exports customer order information seamlessly."

Robert Coon, President of Dydacomp added, "This is a huge productivity gain for our clients as well as their web designers.  Now, the client can publish everything they need from Mail Order Manager to their website with no extra steps."  Coon added, "Their web design partners can build cutting-edge sites in our all new Complete Commerce with features usually reserved for big ecommerce players, knowing that all of the information calls back and forth to Mail Order Manager are covered and happening in real time."

In 1997, Dydacomp became a pioneer in the shopping cart space by introducing SiteLINK, one of the first software as a service solutions built to exclusively conduct commerce online for off line merchants.  Now, all new Complete Commerce has been built completely in a Microsoft.NET environment with a Microsoft SQL Database back end.  This is very different than most of the shopping carts in the market which are typically built using freeware like PHP and mySQL and often have difficulty becoming PCI compliant.

John Healy, CEO of Dydacomp, said, "Because we are totally .NET with our platform, we have more web 2.0 features, are PCI ready, run faster, are more scalable than typical free ware solutions and allow our client to very easily plug in other applications when they need them because we are following a Microsoft standard that is documented and everyone writes to."

For existing clients of Mail Order Manager, Dydacomp is offering PCI ready Complete Commerce for free for a limited time when the merchant and their web design firm attend one of the company's product review webinars.  For new clients, pricing starts with a small set up fee and a very competitive monthly subscription.
