TeleNav Business Mobility Products Now Available For Verizon Wireless Enterprise Customers
Location-Based Solutions Improve Current Business Processes by Enabling Real-Time Capture and Transfer of Data from Mobile Personnel to Back-Office Applications
BASKING RIDGE, N.J., and SUNNYVALE, Calif., April 27 -- Verizon Wireless and TeleNav today announced the availability of TeleNav business mobility products for Verizon Wireless enterprise customers. TeleNav's solutions allow organizations' field personnel to manage their work and exchange data with back-office systems using their smartphones on the Verizon Wireless network. The companies also announced TeleNav's designation as one of a select number of companies allowed to include charges for services on customers' Verizon Wireless bills, making the process more convenient for enterprise customers.

The TeleNav Track(TM) products are designed to integrate with existing business applications, such as payroll, customer relationship management (CRM), or inventory management systems, to provide a process for wirelessly transferring data collected by mobile personnel in the field to the back-office. The TeleNav Track products for Verizon Wireless include:

track the location of mobile personnel and their business activities
as well as the location of mobile assets such as machinery or
