C Y Foundation Launches Co-branded Discount Card with Diversified E-functions

Points rewards earned via credit top-up in i-cafes, strengthening the bond of users and members with the Group

HONG KONG, April 12 -- The PRC's leading electronic tournament and digital entertainment company, C Y Foundation Group Limited ("C Y Foundation" or the "Group"; SEHK: 1182), announces that the Group has reached a consensus with a well-known Chinese discount card company to offer a co-branded discount card. The Group has the exclusive right to promote and market the card in i-cafes throughout the PRC.

The co-branded discount card can be used for consumer purchases, settlement and credit top-up, and users will receive points rewards and discount benefits when using the card. The card is multi-functional, offering e-membership and e-ID authentication. The card will be launched in i-cafes, the e-Sports arena and other entertainment and leisure centers in phase one. The Group anticipates issuing over 10 millions cards annually. The new business is expected to become a new revenue driver and provide growth momentum for the Group. Moreover, with its convenient e-functions, the discount card will help strengthen the bond of users and members with the Group.
