Combination of Companies Gives Employers First Ever Real-Time Linkage Between In-House Personnel Skills Mapping and Ready Supply of Qualified Candidates

Founded in 2006, Zapoint is the developer of SkillsMapper, its flagship enterprise solution that gives employers better visibility into existing skills and competencies within their workforce. SkillsMapper helps employers identify potential skill gaps in the organization, enabling managers to build targeted workforce learning and guide more effective hiring. By combining Zapoint's talent management capabilities with Jobster's unparalleled technical tools, employers will be able to dynamically link their demand for specific skills with the available supply of skills found on Jobster.

The site, which offers talent profiling capabilities complementary to Zapoint's SkillsMapper, serves as a repository of individual skills and experience that is easily searchable by both employers and recruiters.
