Axeda and Telenor Connexion Join Forces to Provide Global M2M Solutions
Alliance Speeds the Creation and Worldwide Deployment of Connected Products
FOXBORO, Mass. and STOCKHOLM, March 23 -- Axeda Corporation and Telenor Connexion today announced an alliance that will make it easier, cheaper, and faster for companies worldwide to build and deliver connected products. Telenor Connexion is a company within Telenor Group - the world's sixth largest mobile network operator (MNO). Axeda is the leading Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) company for connected products.
The alliance brings together Telenor Connexion's worldwide wireless mobile network and Axeda's on-demand platform for building enterprise-scale M2M solutions. Provided with a complete communication-optimized platform, joint customers can rapidly develop connected products - focusing on strategic business solutions, not the enabling technology. Easy deployment through cloud-based services provide for faster time to market with no infrastructure costs.
