PLANO, Texas, March 23, 2010--
- With More Than 60 Percent U.S. Market Share, Acision Strengthens

In recent research on the messaging market in the U.S., Acision, a world
leader in mobile data, was recognized as the number one vendor of the world's
leading mobile data service, SMS. Acision has more than a 60 percent market
share of total mobile subscriptions in the U.S., as of end-4Q09, as
calculated by Informa Telecoms & Media, further highlighting Acision's global
leadership in mobile messaging and data services.

This validation coincides with CTIA Wireless 2010, where Acision plans to

collaborations, as well as showcase its growing portfolio of real-time mobile
data solutions.
Acision will be showcasing a live demonstration of its Broadband Mobility
Suite, offering solutions that break new ground in peak traffic management
and the reduction of extensive network and backhaul investments, while
simultaneously increasing mobile broadband revenue and profit per gigabyte.
Acision's Broadband Mobility Suite is the first live solution to combine all
of the capabilities operators need to address today's mobile broadband
challenge, such as policy management and enforcement, web and media
