Release 9 Enables End-to-End and Top-to-Bottom Mobile Workforce Management

Service Suite Release 9 will be the first software solution to deliver the full breadth of enterprise workforce management (EWFM) functionality supporting all classes of field service work -- all within a single integrated application.

Service Suite was already the most powerful, full-featured mobile workforce management solution available, providing a complete infrastructure to efficiently plan, schedule, execute and automate the entire service workflow.
