Yonomi Launches Integration With Apple Watch, Offering Smart Home Control From Your Wrist
BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Yonomi, the free app that connects your smart home devices and gets them to work together, today announced its integration with Apple Watch®. Consumers can now run their favorite Yonomi smart home Routines with a simple tap on their smartwatch.

Yonomi integrates with more than 60 popular smart home devices, including Amazon Echo, Sonos, Logitech Harmony Hub, Honeywell WiFi Thermostats, LIFX bulbs and more. Consumers can set up Yonomi Routines involving multiple smart home products to make home life easier and more comfortable.
For example, a "Watch TV" Routine could turn on your TV, pause the music on your Sonos, and adjust the lights. A "Bedtime" Routine could lock your doors, turn off the TV, turn off the lights and play white noise on your Sonos. Yonomi Routines can be triggered automatically by time, your location or other events, by voice through Amazon Echo, manually through a tap on your iPhone® or Android smartphone, iPad®, iPod touch® and now through a wearable like Apple Watch.
Yonomi's integration with Apple Watch is the latest in a series of product and integration announcements from the company. Last week, Yonomi released several new features in its latest version for iOS to fully take advantage of iOS 10. You can now tap the Yonomi Favorites widget right from the lock screen or by 3D touching the Yonomi icon on the home screen or in Siri App Suggestions. Yonomi iOS users can also now choose from over 25 accents for text-to-speech announcements on Sonos.
The company recently announced its integration with Honeywell WiFi Thermostats, including the new Honeywell Lyric(TM) T series thermostat, and expanded its partnership with Amazon beyond the U.S. to provide a native Yonomi skill for Amazon Alexa in the U.K. A Yonomi skill for Alexa in Germany and Austria will be available when Amazon begins shipping Echo devices in those regions. New integrations and expanded partnerships are fueling global growth of Yonomi's user base, which now spans 150 countries.
