OmniVision Announces First Low-Power 1080p HD PureCel® Sensor for Battery-Powered Security Applications
Compact OV2732 Features Staggered Double Exposure High Dynamic Range for IoT-based Residential and Commercial Monitoring Systems
BEIJING, Oct. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- OmniVision Technologies, Inc., a leading developer of advanced digital imaging solutions, today announced the latest addition to OmniVision's PureCel(® )image sensor line, the OV2732. Due to the OV2732's power efficiency and small dimension, the sensor is well-suited for compact and ultra low-power surveillance devices. The OV2732 meets the needs of both residential and commercial monitoring systems by using high dynamic range (HDR) technology to produce clear image and video even when recording in high- or low-light environments.
