New Accessory Makes Amazon Echo Portable

The award-winning Echo has successfully integrated smart home and digital assistant capabilities with high-performance audio, but until now has lacked the flexibility that comes with having a built-in battery. Battery Base, which seamlessly adds portability to Echo, unleashes a wide range of new applications for the best-selling device. For the first time, customers can use Echo anywhere within range of a WiFi router or a Bluetooth-enabled phone.
Easy to set up, Echo conveniently slips into Battery Base and offers up to six hours of audio playback.
