LG's SUPER UHD TV Hits the Canadian Market
LG's newest line of televisions provide a superior 4K viewing experience
TORONTO, April 15, 2016 /CNW/ - LG Electronics (LG) is excited to announce their newest line of SUPER UHD TVs are now in Canada. These TVs will be available in 3 model types: UH9500 series (86" and 65"), UH8500 series (75", 65", 60" and 55") and UH7700 series (65", 60" and 55"); delivering a dynamic viewing experience from any angle with over a billion colours, smoother motion, elevated brightness and smarter technology that is easy to use.

LG has specially designed the display panel with in-plane switching (IPS) to create an IPS 4K Quantum Display, which delivers the best-in-class viewing experience that can reproduce over a billion rich colours from a wide viewing angle. The SUPER UHD TVs have HDR Super technology that will support High Dynamic Range (HDR) with Dolby Vision(TM), expanding the breadth of contrast and colours for an enhanced contrast ratio and a wider range of colours. Lastly, LG's award-winning, exclusive Smart TV platform, webOS 3.0, has been updated to deliver the most advanced features while keeping it user-friendly.

LG's specially designed IPS 4K Quantum Display panel can reproduce more shades of colours with finer gradation: over a billion rich colours in all. The Quantum Display yields a more accurate and lifelike picture to give the best television experience from any angle.
