The OTTO Connect 200 Series of wireless intercoms are ideal for work group communications supporting up to eight (8) simultaneous speakers on a single channel and virtually unlimited listeners over a secure and clear communications network. The intercoms and headsets feature full-duplex, hands-free communication over distances up to an industry-leading 4000 feet and with up to 18 hours of talk time. Each intercom has six (6) channels enabling a supervisor or crew chief to switch easily between different work teams. With OTTO Connect intercoms and headsets teams will be able to communicate safely, keeping their hands free to get the job done. Since no base station is required, users can be up and talking in just minutes.
Each OTTO Connect intercom is shipped with the user's choice of a quality, durable, and reliable OTTO headset equipped with DSP noise canceling technology - a must in high-noise environments. Heavy duty double and single muff headsets feature a boom switch to mute or unmute the speaker's voice. OTTO's Profile and Hurricane headsets feature a unique "Switch-to-Talk" accessory that provides the same mute or unmute functionality as the heavy duty headsets.
An optional, patented "Fusion" device enables work groups to communicate over thousands of miles by connecting the teams over a cellular or two-way radio network. This makes the OTTO Connect a great supplement to existing two-way radio or cellular networks.
OTTO Connect intercoms operate in the 900MHz frequency band and use frequency-hopping spread spectrum.
