Innovative ReviewMe App Allows Users to Review Once and Publish across Multiple Platforms in One EZBZ Effort
NEW YORK, Dec. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Looking to review the favorite business in your area across multiple review platforms? For the first time ever, there is an app for that, ReviewMe.
In the past, those users who posted their experiences on multiple review sites had to either download multiple apps, which each took up space on a smartphone or tablet, or register accounts with each individual entity. With ReviewMe, powered by EZBZ, Inc., users can now register in one place to review their favorite local businesses just once and then have the review appear on multiple platforms including Yelp, Yellow Pages, Yahoo and Google to name a few.
For businesses who want to enroll in the app, all they need to do is download it from either the Apple App store or on Google Play or visit ReviewMe's website, http://www.plsreviewme.com. Once registered, a business can then easily invite users to join through a variety of methods, including a widget which can be added to their websites.
When a review is posted on the ReviewMe app for a business, EZBZ will then alert the business, such as for example a restaurant, that a dining review was posted. The ReviewMe customer support team then checks the review for its validity before distributing it to the various platforms the app posts onto. In the event someone uses ReviewMe to post a negative review which is confirmed as genuine by customer support, businesses have the opportunity to respond to that review through the app. That response will then be posted on the same platforms the reviews were sent to simultaneously.
Although ReviewMe and EZBZ's other App EZBZ, which connects users to companies to receive services such as home repairs in real-time, are separate, a business on EZBZ will have a ReviewMe widget added to their profile. So, if a customer is satisfied with the service they received, they can easily share their quality service across multiple platforms. In turn, businesses with profiles on EZBZ will then get an added presence on these external platforms.
