Loop Introduces New Connected Personal Display For The Home
Loop channels give users a simple way to unlock and enjoy photos and videos currently stuck on devices and scattered across social media
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Days before friends and family gather for Thanksgiving, Loop is launching the first personal display to help people stay better connected to the friends, family and memories they cherish. With a nod to the classic design of early TV's, Loop lets people easily view and share photos and videos from multiple sources - social media channels, cloud storage, mobile devices, hard drives - all on one screen in the home. Loop is available for pre-order today at http://www.joinloop.com for $199 and will ship in Summer 2016.

Loop streams pictures from Dropbox, Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, iPhoto, and Google Photos and lets people share directly from an iOS or Android phone. Pictures are organized into channels based on subject (Tokyo 2015) or source (Kate's Instagram) to help curate the viewing experience. Loop includes two analog knobs on the side for moving through pictures and changing channels. Users can use air gestures to pause a photo or they can tap the top of the device to 'like' pictures.

The four hour rechargeable battery makes gathering around Loop simple from any room in the home.
