Ricoh Imaging Announces New Service and Support Program for PENTAX 645Z Camera System
Extended Warranty and Loaner Products Deliver Peace-of-Mind to Pro Photographers
NEW YORK, Oct. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Photo Plus Expo, Booth #1119 -- Ricoh Imaging Americas Corporation today announced the Medium Format by PENTAX Advantage Program for the PENTAX 645Z medium-format digital camera system. Designed to provide professional photographers with continuous access to gear in the rare event of a camera system failure, the program provides three years of extended service and support from date of purchase plus loaner camera bodies and lenses, and a variety of value-added elements including a dedicated toll-free support number.

Current owners of PENTAX 645Z cameras purchased prior to this announcement can buy the Medium Format by PENTAX Advantage Program if they register on or before November 30, 2015.
Two coverage packages are available:
-- PENTAX Advantage Gold Service: Covers one PENTAX 645Z body for three
years from date of purchase with expedited priority service for repairs.
Customers also have access to a dedicated toll-free service line, email
registration and support, plus one free comprehensive cleaning and
inspection for a PENTAX 645Z camera body and lens. Manufacturer's
suggested retail price is $849.95.
-- PENTAX Advantage Platinum Service: Provides all of the benefits of the
Gold Service package, plus coverage for up to three PENTAX 645Z digital
lenses (55mm, 28-45mm or 90mm Macro). It includes a loaner PENTAX 645Z
camera body while the owner's camera is being serviced and up to three
loaner lenses, as well as an HPRC (High Performance Resin Case) with
custom cutout foam inserts to accommodate PENTAX 645Z system gear.
Manufacturer's suggested retail price is $1,599.95.
