Ricoh and Nuance expand partnership, offering customers new solutions for streamlining workflows
Nuance's AutoStore, eCopy ShareScan and Output Manager software powerfully integrate information into any format with key business processes

As Ricoh consulting professionals assess each customer's challenge and design a complete business solution, their toolbox will now include new versions of Nuance AutoStore, Nuance eCopy ShareScan and Nuance Output Manager software. These products seamlessly interoperate with Ricoh multifunction print/copy/scan/fax products (MFPs) to increase customers' information mobility.

AutoStore 7, released today, adds a host of new workflow features, including dynamic text redaction for enhanced security and compliance, and automatic image enhancement for photos of documents shot by smartphones and tablets.
eCopy ShareScan is best suited for collaboration work streams where team members, bound by a common goal, such as a project, contribute documents and content to the team for further review and enrichment. For example, users can capture documents faster by selecting options and adding data even while scanning is under way.
