Verizon makes it easier to check out the newest technology with new Experience Stores in Best Buy
Expanded retail presence within Best Buy showcases the latest products and services to fit your connected lifestyle
NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon announced today an expanded presence within Best Buy locations across the United States, bringing a new and innovative Verizon Experience to Best Buy wireless shoppers. The larger Verizon presence within 250 Best Buy locations will offer shoppers the ability to experience the latest wireless connected devices, tablets, smartphones, apps and services.
In addition, each Experience Store will be staffed by dedicated and highly-trained Best Buy employees who are knowledgeable on Verizon products and services. These experts will provide customers with a complete Verizon Wireless experience, offering customized solutions based on their connectivity needs.
"The Verizon Experience in Best Buy is geared to showcase connected lifestyles - such as wearable tech, computing on the go and connected home - and the devices and plans that make these lifestyles a reality," said John Colaiuti, vice president of national distribution at Verizon Wireless. "Just like in our own Destination and Smart stores, the specialists in the Verizon Experience stores at Best Buy are trained in a hands-on environment so they can provide real-world examples to customers when talking about our new simplified plans and devices."
Verizon has already begun rolling out the Verizon Experience stores at Best Buy and expects to have nearly 100 locations by the end of this month. The company also expects that number to increase to 250 locations across the country by the end of 2015. The expanded Verizon Experience space is in addition to the current Verizon presence within Best Buy stores.
