Polycase® Introduces 38 New German Engineered NEMA 4X Plastic Enclosures for the Electronics Market
AVON, Ohio, Sept. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Polycase has expanded their NEMA 4X plastic enclosure offering with the addition of 2 new series, the SK and SG Series. The German designed enclosures are weather-resistant, shockproof, and can easily withstand tough industrial environments with an IK 08 impact rating and UL508 Type 4X and 12K listing.

Molded in fiberglass-reinforced polycarbonate, the new SK Series is available in 12 sizes ranging from 2" x 2" to 14" x 10", and comes standard with metric knockouts in the base of the enclosure. The knockouts allow for quick and flexible entry of wiring, cables, or conduit onsite.
The new SG Series is suited to protect outdoor applications with an IP67 rating for temporary submersion. Available in 7 sizes ranging from 3" x 3" to 11" x 9", the SG Series is molded from impact resistant, flame-retardant polycarbonate with a clear cover option.
The SK and SG Series satisfy the most demanding applications, providing protection in harsh environments for sensitive electronics. Both series offer a variety of accessories including mounting kits, watertight cable glands and venting solutions, and can be customized with CNC machining or digital printing.
