Recurrent has recently introduced service contracts which include hardware replacement. These contracts are similar to Sun/Oracle, NetAPP, EMC and Cisco's service contracts with the same SLA's and a 24x7x365 helpdesk support. Discounts range from 40-65% off manufacturers list service prices. Sun/Oracle is no longer supporting End of Life systems and is requiring its customers to upgrade to new equipment. By using Recurrent to support your existing equipment, you have the option of keeping your existing hardware, which might not be able to be decommissioned due to application and legacy limitations.
