The dramatic black and white patterned, highgloss ceramic floors in the stores cover 3,000 square feet of retail space, designed with the greatest attention to detail. Many items are presented out-of-box on floating trays, encouraging interaction with the products. iStore also features a unique, custom-built SoundBooth(TM) engineered with a sound-dampening foam interior, encouraging customers to test and compare a variety of premium and portable speakers.

The front and back of the retail spaces also feature LED backlit glass that can be customized to colour-match seasonal trends and occasions - all from the touch of a mobile phone. The stores are also equipped with SafeCharge(TM) stations - a free service that enables customers to charge their mobile phone while they shop. These charging stations use fingerprint recognition technology to lock and unlock a small personal locker, which secures the customer's phone while it is charging.
