TAIPEI, June 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Infortrend® (Public TPE: 2495) is pleased to announce that its latest SPC-1 Result with the EonStor DS 3024B delivered the best SPC-1 IOPS per dollar ratio while providing strong performance in the mid-range enterprise storage segment, bringing exceptional value to mid-range customers.

The Infortrend EonStor DS 3024B, is a dual controller small form factor (SFF) 2U 24-bay system. Infortrend is among the first of a small group of storage vendors that utilized a 16Gb/s Fibre Channel configuration, delivering 218,007.79 SPC-1 IOPS. Combined with that excellent enterprise, midrange performance, the product established a new #1 ranking with the best SPC-1 Price-Performance, to date, with an SPC-1 IOPS per dollar ratio of $0.24[1].
