Gill Electronics and OFS Brands Announce the First-to-Market Wireless Power Laptop Transmitter at NeoCon
CHICAGO, June 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Gill Electronics, Inc., a global leader in resonant wireless power and charging products, announced today that the company will be introducing its first-to-market TesLink(TM) Laptop Transmitter designed to wirelessly power devices with higher power requirements such as laptop computers during the NeoCon commercial interiors show taking place this week in Chicago.
OFS Brands, a prominent manufacturer of contract furniture and leader in integrating technology into flexible platforms that improve productivity for the way we work with stylish and tailored design concepts will be promoting this new technology in conjunction with Gill. Various products will be embedded within OFS Brand's diverse product lines showing a broad range of applications for wireless power. The new transmitter is a Rezence(TM) based system capable of powering fixed devices like monitors or mobile devices such as laptop computers by delivering an unprecedented 33+W of power. The products will demonstrate this capability using wire-free laptops which incorporate a Rezence(TM)-based receiver and forgo the traditional power cord and transformer.
