AT&T Welcomes The BlackBerry Classic

FAMILIAR BLACKBERRY QWERTY DESIGN MERGES SECURITY AND SPEED FOR PRODUCTIVITY - ALL FOR AS LOW AS $0 DOWN ON AT&T NEXT

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --AT&T(1) will offer the BlackBerry®  Classic(TM) in the near future at http://www.att.com and in AT&T retail stores. Additional details will be shared at a later date.

The BlackBerry Classic will run on AT&T's network: the nation's most reliable 4G LTE network and the network with the nation's strongest LTE signal,(2) covering more than 300 million Americans. You can purchase the BlackBerry Classic for $0 down on an AT&T Next plan at $14.00 per month with AT&T Next 24,(3) $17.50 per month with Next 18(3) or $21.00 per month with AT&T Next 12.(3) You can also get the smartphone for $49.99 with a two-year agreement(4) or at no annual commitment for $419.99.(5)

Designed for speed and accuracy, the BlackBerry Classic includes BlackBerry's iconic QWERTY keyboard, trackpad and navigation keys, making it easy to communicate quickly and accurately with one hand. Although familiar in appearance, the BlackBerry Classic upgrades the BlackBerry® Bold 9900 experience with a three times faster browser and comes with BlackBerry's 10.3.1 operating system, offering customers access to commanding features including BlackBerry® Blend and BlackBerry® Assistant. Equipped with a 2MP front- and 8MP rear-facing camera with enhanced optics and upgraded imaging sensors, this smartphone is ideal for on and off the clock. Additional key features include:

        materials and includes a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor, and 16GB
        of device storage (expandable by up to 128GB via uSD).
    --  BlackBerry® 10 OS 10.3.1: The BlackBerry Classic comes preloaded with
        the BlackBerry 10.3.1 operating system, offering customers access to
        commanding features including BlackBerry® Blend and BlackBerry®
        Assistant. BlackBerry Blend allows customers to sync messaging and
        content that that lives on their smartphone to their compatible computer
        and tablet.(7) BlackBerry Assistant offers voice and text commands. It's
