Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority Approves Blancco 5 for Erasing Data From Solid State Drives

FICORA's approval paves way for additional international acceptance of Blancco's SSD erasure technology

acceptance of an SSD erasure product by a national authority.

drives and SSDs at security classification levels I-IV. Previously, FICORA's guidelines
stated that the only reliable means of removing data was physical destruction of the SSD.
