Touchstone Connects New Student Services Hub at the University of Essex Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

    Touchstone CRM has delivered a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, supporting a new
generation of student services at the University of Essex.

    The University is bringing together four teams to create a new integrated Student
Services Hub, where students can receive support and help throughout their university
career. Staff will use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to record and respond to requests and
queries about accommodation, course registrations, finances and other aspects of student
life. This will ensure staff can efficiently refer queries to experts, track cases and
build up a picture of student demand in order to enhance the overall student experience,
and maintain their position as one of the leading universities for student satisfaction.

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM is fully integrated with existing accommodation, financial,
student record and other back office systems, so the new Student Services team can easily
access relevant information without having to request it or log in separately. The new Hub
services launches fully in Summer 2015, when the building is complete.

    The project builds on Touchstone's well-established relationship with the University
of Essex. Previously, the company has designed and implemented successful CRM solutions to
support marketing, student recruitment as well as manage commercial relationships.
